Tsurugiya was established in the Edo Period around the Bunka-Bunsei era. It is a Japanese restaurant that has a history of over 200 years. Itoigawa is a cultural and regional hub between East and West, and is located at the entrance of the Toyama Bay.

They look forward to serving their customers seasonal dishes, which are prepared with the utmost care, using carefully selected ingredients, so their customers can experience the rich food and food culture of Itoigawa, which was nurtured in a rare area that is close to the Sea of Japan and vast mountains.
