Tsukitoku Hanten is also the birthplace of Itoigawa Black Yakisoba, a local noodle dish fried with squid ink. Tsukitoku Hanten’s is topped with soft, fluffy egg and is considered by many to be the gold standard of this unique dish.

The lunch specials and seasonal ramen are particularly popular among locals. Banquet-style dinners are available by reservation.
