In the Itoigawa dialect, “Omichiyo” is a traditional farewell greeting which means “Mind the road” or “Safe journey.” The set contains seasonal seafood, sashimi, tempura, pickles, rice and miso soup. The menu changes along the season, and served with 1 bottle (180ml) of local sake¹. It is the best choice for you to enjoy the delicious combination of Itoigawa’s sake and food.¹You can choose from Yukitsuru, Kaga-no-I, Nechi Otokoyama, Kenshin and Tsukimizu-no-Ike.

Note: Due to the restriction of crab fishing in January and February, this menu is only available from March to December.
