In the Itoigawa dialect, “Omichiyo” (おみちよう) is a traditional farewell greeting which means “be careful on the road”, or “have a safe journey.” This unique set contains seasonal seafood, sashimi, tempura, pickles, rice and miso soup. The menu changes depending on the season, and is served with a 180ml bottle of local sake. It is the best choice for you to enjoy the delicious combination of Itoigawa’s sake and traditional food! You can enjoy your sake of choice from Yukitsuru, Kaga-no-I, Nechi Otokoyama, Kenshin and Tsukimizu-no-Ike.
